Product Overview This bread production line covers the dividing and pre-forming stages of toast and sandwich bread production: the 4P servo divider portions dough from 200 to 560 g in the 2-outlet mode, the rounder tightens each piece, and the intermediate proofer relaxes the gluten under controlled temperature and humidity before the pieces are sheeted and panned. Stable weight control at the divider is what keeps loaf-to-loaf variation low in the finished toast bread. The
